Tonight at 9:30pm at UCB Chelsea is the LASTPig: A Restaurant. At this point, anyone who reads my blog knows what it’s all about, so I’m not going to bother with that again. What I am going to do is express my deepest appreciation and admiration for Nate and John for givingPig the best possible home and for everyone who worked on this show: video genius Adam Sacks, director Caitlin Bitzegaio, who knows the exact balance necessary between gossip time and rehearsal time (and when to scrap it all because there might be a reality TV star at the Training Center), and most of all, Lauren Conlin Adams, who has been nothing but a complete and utter delight since the day over a year ago we got wine-drunk at The John Dory and figured out the idea for this show. I am feeling very sentimental and mushy today, but mostly just lucky. Always lucky.
